Clients can return any stock item from the ready-to-wear collections as long as the client covers the shipping back to GITAN Collection. This is granted the piece is in the same condition as it was when it was sent. GITAN Collection reserve the right to refuse a return / refund, if the unwanted product is returned damaged or not in the original state of purchase. The client's intention to return the item has to be communicated to us within the first 7 days after its arrival at the client. Refunds will be made on receipt of the returned item and via EFT (local), PayPal or bank transfer. GITAN Collection won’t be able to refund any import taxes or duties incurred and International customers will need to cover the return shipping costs. Bespoke pieces can only be returned if the client is truly unhappy with the product and has a valid reason for this grievance.
